Individual Sessions
50 Minutes: $150
60 Minutes: $165
+GST.
Couples/Family Counselling
50 Minutes: $175
75 Minutes: $210
+GST.
Sliding Scale
I offer limited spots at a reduced rate for students, and individuals who are paying out-of-pocket and are struggling financially. If this is your case, please feel free to discuss it with me.
Payment Details
Payments can be made at the beginning or end of each session via e-transfer or credit card.
Many extended health plans reimburse all or a portion of counselling sessions. Please check with your health benefits provider to confirm if services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) are covered under your plan. An official receipt with all the necessary details with my credentials will be provided to you for submission.
**Direct billing offered for FNHA clients**
Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel a session, please provide a 24-hour notice. This allows me to fit in others who may need the available time slot. The full counselling fee will be charged for any appointment cancelled or changed with less than 24-hour notice.
